Help! R33 Service What Oil?

I have got a r33 gts-t with about 158XXX I just need to know before I do a service on it which I just bought the car and only have a rough idea on the rb25 motor I just need to know what is the recommended oil I should use, the only mods that is done is the filter set up and the exhaust.
