Fluid Reservoir In Boot Compartment

i was wondering if anyone can tell me what the fluid actually is and what i need to buy to top it up?

thats the fluid that runs the 4wd (attessa). According to nissan it takes Power Steering Fluid Special 2. Or just any old auto transmission oil.

don't just top it up bleed it & replace it (search attessa & theres a stacks of info)

just don't forget that there are 2 bleed points, 1 at the pump above the rear diff, and one up the front on the transfer case.
