Comments / Modifications:

This vehicle has not been modified, IT HAS BEEN MATICULOUSLY KEPT:

1. Always 5000km service with Royal Purple, engine flushed every time, filter change every oil replacement

2. Has had two major services since I've owned it, one was for all fluids and filters with Nissan timing belt, and the second for all fluids and filters plus HKS timing belt and cam gears, Greddy/Trust Clear Cam Gear Cover (now fitted), all new belts, complete Radiator flush and fluid refill including REDLINE Water Wetter...

3. The vehicle has factory options such as- Nismo Exhaust including from the Nismo turbo's back, nismo strut braces, nismo suspension by bilstien, Nismo N1 block, nismo interior with nismo seats in A1 Day 1 condition, nismo duracon, nismo computer by mines factory, uprated catalytic converter, + .....

4. I have aftermarket parts ready to fit but not yet fitted, brand new- Apexi Power FC and Hand Controller, GREDDY/TRUST Twin Pillar pod and gauges, Greddy Profec B spec, Carbon Aero Mirrors, Nismo Oil Cap, HKS Radiator Cap, probably other stuff I can't remember...

I travelled Australia to find this Vehicle, if you're after a fast, reliable, original GTR look no further than this. Previously owned as a display car and did 10,000km's only over a 4 year period. Stock to look at but did a run at Willowbank and reeled off 12.6 on streat tyres fully loaded with Pump Fuel and only a 2.1sec 60ft then after one run went and watched the rest of the event. So the potential is obvious, this is a special fast orginal car

$26,900ono within reason

MORE PICS TO COME SOON

Edited by madr32

Personally i know and love this car and is the envy of all that i own (nissan). if i had the money i would buy off andrew straight away no questions asked. he looked after this better than i do my own. i have looked over it many times. and its got more nismo bits than mine did.

N1 Bilstein shocks

N1 nismo exhaust

Nismo cluster

Nismo embroided seats

nismo floor mats

thats just the easy stuff to pick too

keep in mind its also a series 2 R32 GTR and got the tranny cooler and R33 engine/driveline.

post up in the QLD section you'll get more hits and i want it to stay in QLD so i can buy at a later date

good luck on sale andy

mark.

[Did you just buy this car from Carsales???????

I swear i just saw this one sell a couple of months back for 17500!]

NO FALCS81: This vehicle was not on carsales! It has been put on last week for $26,900 at the same time as SAU!!!

This car is CURRENTLY ON CARSALES, but definately not (and I have witnesses) Not been on carsales this year! It's not some revamp its the real thing- a fully original and unique vehicle that has been well kept and serviced.

this car isnt a genuine nismo, well it doesnt have the nismo body whatsoever and i know that the standard nismo does, and yer can u prove that it does have the n1 block,

cheers mate

nismo edition ones dont come with the n1 block..

nor differant turbos or brakes.

they do have leg coushions on the door trim and trans tunnel and the usual sideskirts, spoilers and a badge and sticker :)

  • 2 weeks later...

Yep, thanks for the questions guys. I'm going to get some details to confirm the N1 block, that is what I was told it has and so far I've had to use parts and servicing that only fit N1 engines so that's a seems to be consistent as well.

As for the comments "Nismo special editions only have blah blah blah.... ad infinitem"- HOWEVER there were numerous different R32 GTR ranging from standard GTR, to VSpec1, Vspec2, Nismo RS, Nismo N1 Vspec1, Nismo N1 Vspec2..... and trust me the list goes much further, special editions developed from 1989-dec 1993 by Nissan in conjunction with Nismo and Impul and a host of other companies with features and editions.

An person ignorant to GTR development history says that a certain GTR can only have "blah blah blah..."

In the years 1989-1993 (This can be confirmed by a recent import magazine in Australia) there were 560 different R32 Nissan GTR Skyline vehicles that were Nismo special editions of varying types, ranging from turbo and exhaust moded to full house Nismo and Nismo RS etc. many of which were sold to development companies who wanted to explore the limits of GTR and some were kept in prestine condition by private owners who had a great deal of pride and respect for the vehicle that put Nissan and Japan on the internation R & D engineering map, much the same as the 2009 GTR has and will continue to.

For buyers wanting a unique, well kept, unmolested, much loved and lovable special GTR- feel free to call or pm

Cheers

andy

    • I don’t really have any ideas how to set the timing on the CAS 😂, sounds like the top, sounds like it maybe misfiring as well as ticking,  got the box sorted 😌, must of been a air bubble on the clutch side
    • Use a 2' length of hose (that's 2 foot, not 2 inches) as a stethoscope to localise the source of the ticking. From cam covers? From exhaust or turbo manifold gasket? From injectors? From lower down in the engine? Etc. Use a timing light to set the timing. Put Redline Lightweight Shockproof in the box. It's not the very best thing for the box, but it will take a box that refuses to engage a gear with other oil, and make it engage a gear. I had to put it in when I installed the R33 box I have in my car. It would not select ANY gear when running. Smurf jizz made it work. That was >10 years ago and I still use it. I'm stuck with it now. Failing that - rebuild the box.
    • Well done Duncan. The fuel tank bulkhead lid is also in great condition (some of mine were stuffed). These are now out of production and good ones like that are becoming hard to come by.
    • Wow that's a steal, you've done well there.
