Stolen Vn Wagon Reward Offered

Our VN Berlina wagon was stolen on Monday from Curtin Uni. It is a white 5ltr with polished VS SS rims and bonnet tachos. The rego number is 8XT 235. There is a reward for the return of this car as it was not insured (hadn't owned it very long). There was a Telstar with plates on still left next to where the Commo was taken from. That was stolen 24 hours before ours. Any info would be really apprecialted and we are DESPERATE to get this car back. You can call me on 9592 2240 or Jeff on 0407 473 673. There will be no questians asked, we just want our car back with minimum damage.

Did it have an alarm ? Immobiliser ?

I'll be on the lookout for it for ya, but as it got stolen from Curtin Uni, it could be anywhere by now.... such a shame hey..

Bayley - sorry to hear, will keep an eye out for it here. This disturbs me as I go to Curtin too and park there regularly overnight when I do my assignments in the labs

There is a photo of it if any of you see it. It was going to have an alarm installed but the guy who was gonnu do it was in a accident so it was waiting for him to be better to do it.

We are DESPERATE for it back.

It's funny really, the VN is one of the most stolen commo's around. We had a '90 VN a few years back, stock standard, and if it wasn't for the alarm it would have been gone. They're a high risk vehicle cos it's so easy to break into!

(after seeing what they did to ours, I know exactly what to do to open the door!)

Why steal old bombs? you'd think they would take something worth while if their going to risk gaol.They traded a $500 Telstar in on the VN.

Dad, an $8000 car owned by us (not by the bank) at our ages is not what I would class as a bomb. Maybe you would at your age but for young people, I wouldn't.

i have no insurance, never leaving the r31 @ uni again. my last car was broken into a while back there as well. i think it has something to do with the people across the road. we need to start a vigilante group catch these low life pricks

Get onto the security at Curtin too (useless mofo's)...thats what the parking fee's are supposes to cover... protection against this sorta thing

Nick, NEVER park it at Curtin. Even bombs are being nicked, e.g. the Telstar they kindly left me to get home in.

Dad, we paid $4000, been offered $8000. Money was spent on it to. To us the car was worth much much more. I am sorry, I love Skylines, but I would be in denial to admit I didn't love that wagon.

Yeah after spending the weekend looking for a VN wagon for meself I find nothing but buckets in the $4K to $4.5K range :-(

No wonder it got knocked off.
