It comes down at a certain speed to aid in down force. I've attacted a picture of it. It's that little lip at the bottom of the bumper.

My car just broke down tonight . It just stalled while I was driving. It starts but won't idle well. So I don't think I will be able to meet up in Western suburbs anytime soon. PM me if you want to arrange something, maybe even postage if you don't want to drive down.
