Dump - Turbo bolt snapped

hi there,

just bolted up my new dump/front pipe and one of the bolts snapped that connects the dump to the turbo while i was unbolting the stock dump

whats the easiest way to remove it? i think there is an exhaust leak now.. it's the very top bolt.

cobalt drill bit 5/32 size and a number 3 easy out. Probably have to pull the turbo off to do it. There might not be room to get the drill in. Get some penatrating spray and it will probably come out when you start drilling(good stuff)

Heh, did almost the exact same thing in my old VW beetle.. Snapped a bolt that held the exhaust system to the block. Had to take out the engine (which, mind you, took 15 minutes and 2 guys lifting).

BOOSTD, u mean just like WD40 or something?

it's the very top bolt, so i think a drill should fit in there, lucky its not lower down. the damn bolt snapped so easy. i really hope i don't have to take the turbo off, cause that will cost me big $ in labour. anyone else done this before on their 32/33?

not WD40 its actually called penatrating spray.
