That's Nissan's GT-R Production Race Car at the Nismo Festical - 'Shin' from GTR.co.uk which took those photos was quoted to say:

"Details are still unknown, but it must be at least Super Taikyu Race Car."

If it is to be a road car, that would be absolutely insane!
