Flywheel Machining

Would be good to know what a few other people in the field think on the RB flywheels.

The above as I said is the opinion of all clutch brake. :(

they are such nice guys down there!!

really helpful, they helped me fix my caliper not fitting rotors issue :) i would certainlty recommend them!!!!!!!

I don't see how taking a 0.1 to 0.3mm skim would make any huge difference to the strength. The machining tolerance on the thickness is probably plus or minus 1mm new anyway. Trying to lighten it however could be disasterous.

when talking machining, tolerances are generally 0.1mm + - thats a fair size tolerance, thats just general machining.

When i was making plastic extrusion dies the tolerance was 0.01 and our cnc wire cutter had pretty much no tolerance, 0.001 + - (0.001 = 1 micron)
