hello .i ahve a moroon r33 gtst and am a perfectionist when it comes to pain. All the cars i have ever owned were immaculate monsters. The problem:i have very light not like orbital buff swirls but spider web type imperfections all over the car in the light.I use all maguires products,I have tried gold class prep then gold class and find its too hard to remove on these cars it is like the clear is really soft.I use the softest cotton material for polishing any ideas on what people have found to be successful.Would a paint shop have something to fix them???I am in brisbane any businesses that can help please let me know !cheers

A detailer would say that...

I have an unsubstantiated theory that the 'Super Fine Hard' or whatever it was, finish on the Skylines can actually make problems for people like me (and maybe you) who are pretty picky about the finish on their cars. I also believe that mine has copped some fine damage from pollution in Japan.

Give BCM on the magic mile a call, they might be able to sort something out for you (ask for Scott).

A Meguires "car shampoo" to clean it..followed by a suade chamois.. followed by a cut and polish in moderation.. followed by Meguires Gold Wax (mmmm, smells like bannanas :D ) or whatever it is called does pretty damn well for me.

If you've scratched the clearcoat or whatever and they are actually deep scratches, then nothing will get them out.. I have a couple that aren't to the undercoat but are visible.. but only on very close inspection and certain light.
