on the other end! You have to remove the ECU to access the diagnostics.

New R33's don't have diagnositic lights and can only be diagnosed by using the Nissan computer ($8000 a pop) apparently. Gavin Woods (Laborador) told me that. My standard ECU didn't have lights on it or a screw to enter diagnositc mode)

You can also access the diagnostics via the "consult" port, located behind the fuse box under the RH dash. On a 33, I think you need to short the 2 pins in the bottom LH of the port, but someone with a 33 might like to challenge that. (on a 32, its the 2 pins in the top RH of the port)

The "check engine" light on the dashboard flashes the codes.
