Had a search around but cant find much info on this.

Is it possible to remove the TCS on the RB25DET Neo motor and retain the factory EFI computer?

I imagine you could use a R33 throttle body or something, but I would think the EFI computer would be missing a few inputs.

This would be useful for conversions into other cars where the associated ABS gear isnt present.

Thanks

hey ok i can vouch this one. all you do replace the throttle body from a S2 turbo R33 on it, take off the R33 TPS and put on the R34 one (with it's wiring) onto the S2 throttle body.

No the ECU picks it like a bloody-nose the R34 ECU can see it's missing and *will* throw up the CEL, try unplugging it and see ;)

I made a thing that automatically turned the TCS off everytime you turned the key, that's the best fix I know of  (I've forgoten how to make them)
