Dual N1 And Clearance Issues?

hey all

i have a dual n1 apex exhaust and got defected for the second pipe that runs under the diff being 1cm too low. i have the option to try and mount smaller rubber brackets to try and raise it or cut and re-angle that second pipe which i really dont want to do but will do so if it means not getting defected for it in the future. the car sits at 350 all round at the moment so its not that low really.

does anyone else have this exhaust and do you guys have clearnce issues?

that is very low, but check how much clearance there is between that and the rear cradle/hicas stuff. you can probably raise it that one centimetre. i would try bending the brackets that go into the rubbers as that is free compared to buying shorter rubbers.

maybe add a new strap to hold it up near the low part. a sling of exhaust bandage etc. not quite as permanent though lol

also if your rear dampers are adjustable, set them tight as and reset the rear height by lifting from the wheelarches or going over a few bumps. the stiffer dampers wil hold it up a bit
