Viper Pager Alarm

i got a viper alarm.. usually when i i lock or unlock my car .. it will shows it on my remote or when the alarm goes off.. it will beep on my remote.

Lately i can still lock my car as usual but it doesn't receive any signal from the car and shows nothing on the remote. As in when i lock the car, the remote shows unlock or when the alarm go off, the remote doesn't beep or shows any sign of alarm has been triggered.

Is there a way to find out what is wrong with this? or its buggered and paging is useless now?

See if you can put it into programming mode. (hold all 4 buttons on remote until one long beep is heard).

Then see if you can toggle Page Notification (use the lock to toggle between beep mode or vibrate mode)

Then check page mode is not off (press the * button to toggle on/off while in programming mode). This i suspect could be your problem.

nothing change... i pressed the * button and it beeps once.. no changes.. i tried it again with 2 beeps on the * button and its same thing.

it seems that i'm not receiving any signal on the remote since it shows an empty antenna icon on the remote.

changed the remote battery lately?

remote shows battery is still full.. and i can lock and unlock the car .. as usual so that means battery is still good? i'll try to change the battery anyway and hope it works.
