Clunking Noise In The Bak

When i drive slow, theres this clunking noise in the back kind of sounds like bending a bit of sheet metal, but sometimes it goes away and then, it will come up again, when it starts to come back it goes from quiter to louder.. any idea

I get the same clunking noise when going at slow speeds, dunno what it is though

it could be the 2 way diff.

does it clunk when you hold the clutch in while going around a corner?

havnt tried holding clutch in while going around a corner, but it does when u back off the revs

Hmm, interesting, I have the clunk when changing gears haven't noticed it on corners but I have the diff apart now and its getting rebuilt soon. Will tell you how I go.

It also has diff whine...
