Hey,

This may be a stupid question, but is the clutch fluid reservior the little white one closest to the firewall on the left side of the engine bay? Just want to double check before i fill it up as its quite low.

Thanks

yep thats the clutch.

edit: sorry to clarify the clutch is on the right as you look at the engine, brakes are the larger one on the left.

and clutch fluid should not be getting out so you might have a stuffed slave cylinder or master cylinder seals.

thanx for the quick reply.

I dont seem to have any leaks anywhere. Seems like i should investigate this further

just a little confused, both clutch and brake fluid r on the left of the engine bay, correct? But the clutch fluid reservior is closest to the firewall than the brake one?

lol I'm not explaining this well am I?

brakes are large and on the left. clutch is small and on the right. both are attached directly to the firewall (wall between engine bay and cabin)

brake fluid can get low as the pads wear and will come back up when you put new pads in

clutch fluid should not get low

well thats hard to tell unless you can see signs of fluid leaking.

Firstly fill it back up and keep an eye on it. Have you noticed any problems engaging the clutch?

If its leaking at the slave cylinder you can get aftermarket ones easy. Master cylinder you may need to buy a new assembly, not sure if there is an aftermarket alternative
