Firstly thanks to guys that explained the differences between the gts and gts-x now I know what makes my one special when telling my mates!! Secondly I like the fact that you got your gts-x running 12.98 was it? Have you modified your internals and what kind of turbo are you running....any suggestions for me??

i've seen heaps of bits all over the net that saw the GTS-X didn't start until 87-88.

And that co-insided with the release of the ECCS engines?

can you confirm this... and that NICS only come in GTS/GTS twin cam turbo ??

GTS and GTS-X have the same injector flow as R32s and VL turbos as i tested them all before i fitted an R32 head to my GTS-X to make sure the R31 ECU could run the 32 injectors.

Steve how did you deal with the R32 injectors being high impedence what did you have to change? I gather the Redtop motor bottom end was a ECCS not a NICS so the transplant wasnt any trouble?
