Installing Dash Gauges?

hey guys just wondering that i would need to install 3 or 4 gauges like a boost(dont like my current one,mounted in ashtray )

oil pressure,water temp and possibly fuel.(all come with sensors etc)

I know you need an oil sandwich plate or something for oil..

where do i tap each one in,and wheres the best place to run the wires in an s2 r33 for a centre dash pod setup?

How long would it take or should i just get my friends workshop to do it?
