I was just watching on the gtrnissan.com site the launch of the new gtr and when he said it will be on sale for almost 70K I nearly droped everything and wanted to move to the US. Why are we going to pay almost twice as much, mcbullshit I say, and don't give me that american dollar is stronger, its only a bit stronger.

70K is affordable at somepoint in my life, but 150-170K wont be any time soon

I read somewhere that it will cost arouend 60-70k AUD once it is release in Aus. And our dollar against US isn't so much as double! Also, You got to remeber that Nissan want to compete in the market, I don't think it wants to charge a fortune for a supercar even though its a car with heritage, there main aim is targeting average class people apposed to richie rich. basically trying to offer a supercar which is affordable against all odds. The Final price will be determined my market and economic trends and the people behind it all have a far idea on a resonable price.

If I find out that website which stated the AUD price then I 'll post it, but in the mean time jsut google it and you'll find some info :laughing-smiley-014:

id much rather a R34 GT-R! they only look about 10 times better. and a hell of a lot cheaper.

the R35 looks nice in red though, i must admit. the "hero" silver colour is very boring and appears on every other prestige car you will ever see. and its not even a skyline!
