Hi,

I tried to change one of my parkers today as it had blown and had no luck what so ever.

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction...

What i've figured out so far is that the red top bit which is showing near the wires needs to come off to release the globe so I can remove it from socket and replace? But I can't seem to locate the clip holding it or how to undo it.

If anyone could be of assistance it would be great, I've done some searching but nothing pops up for replacing r34 parker globes/bulbs....

Not sure about a red top bit though.

have a look at your headlights from the outside, staring at your parkers. locate the position. its the furthest to the outter side.

Now that you know where abouts it is. look behind your headlights and locate it from behind. there's no clips holding it in place. its a tight sqeeze if you have big hands or a big battery (remove Battery if thats the case.)

Should be a light grayish socket, get a firm grip onto it and twist the whole socket/plug clockwise until it becomes loose, if it doesnt seem to twist, try the other way(anti-clkwse).

pull it straight out and replace bulbs as normal.

Thank's guys will give it a try tomorrow.

Yeah going good, just doing minor "ricey" bits at the moment investigating 4 door exhaust's as thats my next real upgrade, got the teins in for a while now and a nismo rear sway bar on order so that should do the handling I hope.

Just fitted ultra white LEDS to mine, looks heaps better cos they match the Zenons realy well.

Where did ya get em from?

Cause i just finally changed mine lol and the Navara Artic Blue Ultra White's are not like my xenon's at all might as well have just stuck with normal white lights lol, though one was blown so needed changing.

I had the Narva one's too but as you found they just arn'nt white enough. The new LEDS i got are called 3A racing professional bulb series, brought them from Autobarn for about $8. (take your old one in to ensure you get the right ones)

After fitting the new LEDS, make sure they are working before re fitting back into position (as you know they are a pain to get out), if not working remove LED rotate 180 deg and refit.

I actually found it easier re fitting them while they were on cos you could see what you were doing.

Good luck.
