R32 Gtr 3rd Gear

driving in sydney traffic slowing down for lights was in 3rd gear went to change to 2nd but couldnt, was jammed in 3rd gear, forced it out with a fair bit of effort, drove back to coast from sydney and 3rd gear crunches like no synchros.

drained gear oil and found the 3 little doobies that hold and align the baulk ring, synchro to the gear.

this doesnt help with the sale of the car,

is this a common problem with GTR boxes?

any one got one for sale?

Its all good now, i scored one with 53,000ks from a front cut for...

$100 HOW GOOD IS THAT.

hoping condition will be excellent as the engine was stock in the front cut.

got the fun job of putting the heavy bstard in now

As long as its good (at it should be with those ks) that's a great price. From what i've seen they're usually more like $800.
