please help

i bought and installed a Greddy Turbo timer and i have a viper alarm system

and now the doors wont lock or the alarm wont arm until the engine turns off so i have to wait which defeats the purpose of having it really.

i tried locking the doors with the key but then when engine switches off the doors open, one of those alarms where the doors lock when your driving and unlock when you switch the engine off

so any help would be greatly appreciated

you need anothe relay to arm while the car is still running. ask the people that installed your alarm. they can do it.
