Buckle Issues

Ok my front passengers buckle stalk is fuba, doesn't hold the buckle. Problem is the replacement part from nissan doesn't fit, and Ive talked to a recaro distributor, and it's not a recaro part (I have recaro seats up front)

I don't really want to replace the whole buckle and winder since the stalk is the only stuffed bit. Also like I said the replacement part doesn't fit. My next choice might be to ring auto liv in melbourne, but was just wondering if anyone else has seen this type of stalk before

The metal bit at the bottom is quiet a bit longer than the normal r32 nissan item

starting to get damn annoying. part number on the back is 4013406, part number on the metal bit is 40080 001, it does have a TR number as well. So its approved for australia. Wondering if anyones seen one of these before? and knows more about the part? no one here seems to know anything.
