I reckon McLaren and Ferrari will probably have the most work to do in winter testing if they are to be competitive from the outset in March. But then again, they are the best because they have the best teams.

ron looks like he's puttig the hard word on Vijay and trying to get one of his drivers into next years force india.

god... if they boot Fisichella out and get Paffett in there it truely will be the best F1 moment of the year.

I'm speechless.... GOD WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!!! IT IS SOOOO OUT OF PROPORTION!

THAT IS NOT AN F1 CAR, THAT IS A F*CKING TRAVESTY!!!!

Front wing 10% too big, rear wing 30% too small!!!!!!!!

without over dramatising it at all, i think i want to acctually cry

Good luck with all the typical first turn idiocy in 09 with wings that massive.

Also no more fuji 08 massa styled punting people off the road, which was always good for a laugh

+1

it's not like the current cars are that good looking with the shark fin and OTT winglets.

if the racing is good then that's what matters.

if this doesn't work then Bernie should look into hosing tracks down randomly thru the race skidpan style to keep the racing interesting.

They will look different to that by melb next year, but +2 i almost want to cry..

Its probably just the body being tiny, but it looks as if the track has been decreased too!?

Its very 'A1 like' if you ask me. I really enjoyed how technically advanced 08 cars had become in the aerodynamics/downforce department. Why does it feel like some old dickhead and a bunch of never-were-race-driver people are making such drastic changes to f1.

They are going on about cost cutting.. Well how about the hundreds of millions spent on this years aero that is now getting scrapped!

It would have been much better to leave the cars as is, add full slicks and a boost button that gives another 1000rpm for 1 lap or something. That would make them probably 2sec a lap faster than current.

One of the major reasons overtaking and exciting racing has been rare lately is because they all use the same tyres. It was so much more mixed up and fun to watch when michelin was in there too

I want f1 to be the fastest that human engineering and technology can make it.
