R33 Gts-t Seating Position

Hi there guys.

how hard is it to lower the drivers seat in a R33 Gts-T s1. As the standard position makes you feel like you are sitting up to high in the car. can i just use lower seat rails of am i better off to swap out both front seats and put in new ones with lower rails. and also if i go down this path is it legal.

Tried twisting the knobs on the side of it all the way forwards (so as you're looking at them, clockwise)? I'm 6'3 and with them both all the way forwards, have no trouble fitting in the car even without having the seat all the way back.
