yeah, 1/2 hour to an hour from start to finish. And you definitely don't have to take the front bar off. Just the inner guard.

Haha 4-7 hours is fitting a FMIC... and thats with alot of standing around chit chat doing nothing staring at the engine bay and mucking around making things fit.

4-7 is a bit much

just making sure i account for those completely new to unscrewing a screw...

i do apologise really

mine did take a bit longer then you would think tho because i needed to take off a wierdly set up pod box and pod filter

also cleaned out the air inlet pipe to turbo as this had gunk in it.

so really lower the time

and no dont just take off the front bar if you dont have to you risk snapping some of the clips

i came straight in from the inside wheel guard....easy ass

again my bad on time as i did a few other things....
