Can You Get Clear Indicators R33 Gtst

hey guys

i was wonding if any one know if you can get Clear FRONT indicators for ser2 GTST R33?????

if your talking about the lights in the front bar, both the fog lights and indicators are the same size.

just buy some second hand fog lights and swap the plastic covers..

if the globes inside are clear you may need to go buy some orange globes which will be easy to find anywhere.

The short answer is no. The S1 fog light's also have a blinker. It's orange also, just smaller....

If you ever find some clear indicators let us know though...

ive got orange rubber condoms (coverings) that go over by globes

autobarn - repco - etc

cant remember who (possibly sam9709 (not the real numbers, cant remember what numbers after his name) but he made clear replacements, looked pretty good

Go to a wrecker mate... ring around... Skylines get wrecked quite often (unfortunately) but fortunate for you, I guess.

All i know is there is someone on the forums who has actually replaced with clear plastic and had a quick how to guide.

Alternatively you could get it professionally done, just remove the fog light assembly and take it to a glass cutters and ask them to replace the orange with clear, might cost a bit more but saves time

They are different sizes and at different angles. I have a set of spare ones and have wanted to do this for a while. If you take out the lights you shall see the glass is actually cut and different angles and you cant actually remove the glass from it. So no you can't swap them. The only way would be to get someone to make new glass ones for it but it would be very difficult, i've wanted to do this for ages
