The studs come with instructions, i think its 85ft/lbs using the arp lubricant, or 110ft/lbs using 30wt oil

SO IS 85ft/lbs right using arp lube??

mine were 95ft/lbs using arp lubricant, just did them last week on a 32GTR

OR is this guy right? 95ft/lbs using arp lubricant?

I will be doing this soon too....

Also anyone have a ARP part number for main studs for a RB26DETT motor? ARP doesn't make one but I heard you can use different studs? not sure or get some that are larger and cut them down?

any help would be much appreciated

Sorry to jack your thread.

Rob

Thanks for all the info, lot of variances in the torque settings for each car....seems 80-100 is ok with lube?....when you say 4 stages....does that mean you torque at first stage for all, the increase the torque again for all, then so on and so on, until the end adjust?
