Hi Guys,

Just want to give a rap to Driveline services in archerfield, recently (since new clutch install) my r33 was developing vibrations at 100kmh, i went to driveline services they threw it up on the hoist checked it out and discovered mechanic had put prop shaft in 180 deg off. they unbolted prop shaft realigned and retightened.

All up they spent about 45 minutes on my car checking things over plus rectifying the prop shaft and after all that they refused to accept any payment and said they were glad to help.

Thumbs up from me good to see a company with great customer service and terrific advice and knowledge.

Thats pretty good hey. Would appear much better service than another driveline mob out there. In hindesight I wish I went with driveline services.

And really its not doing something for nothing. They just got a very good ad out of it, and if old mate ever needs anything else done he is going to go straight there no questions asked. That said, it is something many businesses have forgotten.

you don't hear stories like this much anymore these days.

if they wouldn't accept payment I would've offered to get them a carton or a couple of bottles of their "favourite ice tea"

Yep, done that before, I came back with some Crownies. They'll remember you next time :D

Yer we've had that a couple times with customers when we haven't charged them, or come out after hours to fix their cars.

As for driveline services, i have been into their Brendale shop quite a few times, always good to deal with and straight up on the prices.
