Looking to lease a room, share accom ect. Semi long term (6month min) in about 2 months time, garage not too important but need off street parking, decent size bedroom, prefer own bathroom.

Ideally in Brighton..

Happy to pay $100 - $200 per week, depending place, details an so forth.

$200 and you may just see a room up there but you will need to budget higher than that realistically. Also not a vast amount of that type of accomodation there. Nearer $200 plus bills isnt unrealistic for bayside in the current climate

Im pretty flexable in terms of area, as along as it's within 10minutes of Brighton as I don't want too commute too far.
