BBS LM Evolution Wheels + Tyres for sale:

245/45/17 Dunlop Rear 100% Tread

245/45/17 Flaken Front 100% Tread

Just spent $1600 on the tyres and they have done under 1000Km's

Fitted to BNR32 GTR, so the offset is from that model...

Rims are worth $2200 a rim @ replacement value.... without rubber.....

Reason for sale is that the rims hide the big ALCON front brakes i have on the car and i want a more spokey design to show them off. I think i will upgrade to BNR34 GTR rims if anyone is keen for swap with cash adjustment, or i will get my own set....

Asking $2300 neg... (dropped price by $200 29/07/03)

Thanks

Tom

BUMP, anyone interested??? I am sellig to upgrade to BNR34 GTR rims....

If there is someone out there with wheels that would like to swap then i am also interested! If the swap is good enough i will do a straight swap and not bother with the r34 rims.....

Why don't you try to get some independent trusting person to hold the money untill the guy gets the wheels ,after he gets the wheels the independent guy forwards the dosh on to the seller. All fixed everyone happy

In regards to the trust issue, Tom is very professional. You would have no problems with deliverly.

I f i could afford the wheels myself at the moment id buy them!

BTW, thanks for the package, car is 100% again.

OK, I have to really move these rims NOW! Will sell this weekend or during next week!

I will negotiate on the price, but nothing silly! Somewhere near $2200 would be acceptable, but i cannot include freight on this price, will have to add around $80-100 for freight of these rims depending on location.....

Will do a cheap price for Sydney or Newcastle buyers as i am in Newcastle.....

  • 2 weeks later...

Right.....

i have dropped the price to 2300 neg this eveing 29/07/03.......

Awaiting offers, all details and pics are there, will trade for a good set of TE37, AVS or BNR34 GTR rims.........

Or anything white that is of good contdition and same or better sizing....

If you want to just do a rim swap and keep your rubber i can do that too!

    • Howdy all,   I had my rb25det S2 rebuilt and finally started it today but have run into a few issues  Engine sounds like a a diesel easiest way to summarise like small ticking, gets louder when revs are slightly adjusted  The engine builder repainted the engine cover leaving no where for me to go off with lining up the CAS so have it as central as possible so not sure it that could be affecting it?, changed the gearbox fluid too but won’t seem to go into gear when running, and only 1 to 4 when off having a hard time finding 5th and reverse anyone got any ideas or a base for me to start off? much appreciated
    • Well, no. It's an 023, which is pretty similar to an 040. Although it is hard to tell from the specs, as given.
    • Hmm. Maybe the (other thing I forgot about!) Haltech removes at least some, if not all, of the problem I described. I guess there is still the possibility of getting it wrong if the AC is set up/wired up for the Haltech as if it was in an R34 (simply because it's on a Neo), and that's playing foul with the R32 AC computer.
