After Replace Turbo And Upgrades

Hello

I have a r32 gts-t

I want to start upgrading the car. I have HKS cams I am going to install later . I want to put a bigger fuel pump and injectors.

Question is, do I need to get a bigger turbo if I want to upgrade the fuel pump and injectors? Can I keep the stock turbo?

Is it a good idea to replace the manifold? I am going to put a split pipe before the cat and later buy a hi flow cat, will this be ok with a stock turbo?

Can I ungrade to a little bit bigger FMIC without changing to a bigger turbo?

I dont want to upgrade to a bigger turbo because expensive and dont want to lose response time. I want to have a car that is quick in traffic and fast on the highway.
