maybe, tomorrow i will go to Jap Parts Centre in St. Lansvale

but the problem is that 3 plastic casing are broken, and they keep the right distance i think.

sry, but i don't know what AFM means... (i'm a bloody german tourist... )

and rb30 is a turbo motor ?

yea rb30e is a nissan 3lt 6cyl thats found in vl commodores and r31 skylines. turbo model was bought out but only in vl turbos. wont find 1 at wrecker.

but yea the non turbo injectors (very common) fit fine. just have 2 use ur spacers which i think r broken? best chance would b yea a car/(jap) wrecker. 280z (l28e) injectors will bolt straight up if come across one. theres 2 at my local wrecker.

but yea or do as said above and get them serviced at mechanics or something. not the cheapest but prolly easiest.

or have time 2 getting them from ebaymotors.com

i got new o-rings and 3 old injectors from the wreckers.

now everything works just fine... no more leaking injectors.

    • More than happy with the colour match Talking to the painter he recommended to give the top a few weeks for the paint to 100% cure prior to sealing it with the ceramic stuff Also, because why not..... I have a fancy pants Fluidampr harmonic balancer on order, the 2.5 engine uses the OEM 2.0 balancer off the old motor as the 2.5 balancer is a larger unit and doesn't fit clearance wise, which, because the two engines have different harmonics, isn't optimal, the OEM balancer does the job, but as the gear driven balancer in the bottom end is removed to fit a RWD application there is slightly more vibration, the Fluidampr helps with the harmonics that the gear driven balancer once took care of,  basically makes life easier on the oil pump and bearings when thrashing it around Hopefully the weather gets better soon because I'm keen for some cruising around, and currently, with the winds and storms we are getting, the amount of detritus being blown around from trees on the road isn't something I want to be driving around in

    • Hell yeah. It's not as if the path from front to rear is particularly squirrelly or otherwise difficult.
    • Hard line it, you will be thankful later on, if you car had hicas, use that as your return.
