I know what you're thinking...is the bread Helgas? My answer is almost invariably: naturally. bahaha....I actually don't like Helgas over generic supermarket brands to be honest. In my limited experience, the bread tastes like it's got plenty more sugar in it - sorta backed up by the unusually shiny glaze the crust takes lol. I just get the Woollies/Coles grainy stuff. To give you some credit though, I'll easily destroy half the damn loaf in one evening - toasted, with varying combinations of toppings including, but not limited to: peanut butter, honey, nutella, hummus, cheese, tuna, chicken, bacon+eggs. I'm not as much of a diet Nazi as I come across to be, I just like to try keep things even (like if I plan on binging one evening, I'll restrict myself through the day prior or following to compensate a little bit.
