Clean and Press is my fav, I do it after squats, great for all round body strength.

For Birds due to the products in your pic > Quote from American Psyco

My name is Patrick Bateman. I'm 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

No offence, just taking the piss.

Hahaha all good mate I lol'd.

You should see my new business card ;)

Lol you top bloke

But for the record, Some good definition going on there man.

No homo? All the homo!

Thanks brah. Had been way too long since this thread last saw my junk.

The faggotry is strong in this one lol

Still reckon you need to size up a bit, but I know you like your hektic lean look.

That'd be hilarious. f**king oath I'd cancel then and there as well as demanding refund of whatever part-month I've already paid for and any remaining membership I've paid in advance.

Really odd though, I mean I go to a commercial gym (possibly now one of the largest chains worldwide), and the only things I've been told off for were not wearing shoes (staff member understood my side, though they unfortunately had to enforce the rule. Turned a blind eye anyway lol) and accidentally making a small mess with my chalk (which I cleaned up in a few seconds anyway :P)

Hell, one of the PTs at my current gym encouraged proper lifts like deads etc - as long as they're done correctly and you don't drop the bar. This is fine by me :)

stolen from the PTC Sydney Facebook page.

If my gym brings a rule like this out, will be the final straw.

My friend that Ive told you guys about before got banned from my gym last week for making too much noise when 1RMing....

Joe public likes the hektik lean look :)

Sometimes I think I wouldn't mind weighing 90kg at the same height, just to be a ripped kunt for once...and if the the weight increases eventually take me there, then fine...but I'm not gonna get on a calorie excess / bulk and lose my abs again. And you're right I'm pretty happy with the frame I have :)

I'd personally disagree and I'm a member of the public.

People do like a ripped look, but size is fairly keen.

At 80kg and you're height that's pretty lean still. Me ripped at 80 maybe, but I'm only 6ft.

Either way, you're happy, I'm happy for you, and Leesh is really happy so everyone is winning.

Not these days, and not most females. When they are saying that Bieber and Usher are ripped...I'm at the mid to upper end of the desirable muscle scale. I've actually had a couple of people in the past say my chest/boobs were too big for a guy, lol!

I think wanting to impress guys or impress girls with muscle are two very different sizes.

I'd agree with that, Girls/Guys different views that is.

I've already got a missus, so I'd honestly say I care more about how other guys perceive me. In that, I'd rather look a bit bigger and more intimidating so people might be less likely to try shit.

You've got a bit more height which makes up for that though, us short guys have to rely on width instead :D

I lol'd. $20 says the author is overweight.

Hilarious that the trainer posted a single picture with 3 words and the dumb bitch derived all that feminist crap from it!

If you take offense to the picture there's a good chance you interpreted your own life as a negative contrast to it and acknowledge it as something you'd like to be.

It's like when I was in high school and used to roll my shirt sleeves up when playing sport. I had guys say to me "You think you're tanked, don't you?". "No, you think I'm tanked. I've just rolled my sleeves up." If I was skinny they wouldn't have said anything.

    • Very decent bit of kit. Definitely black it out I reckon.
    • Because people who want that are buying euros. The people with the money to buy the aftermarket heads and blocks aren’t interested in efficiency or making -7 power, they’re making well over 1,000hp and pretty much only drive them at full throttle  best way to way make money is know your customer base and what they want and don’t spend money making things they don’t want.
    • It's not, but it does feel like a bit of a missed opportunity regardless. For example, what if the cylinder head was redesigned to fit a GDI fuel system? It's worth like two full points of compression ratio when looking at modern GDI turbo vs PFI turbo. I'm pretty reliably surprised at how much less turbo it takes to make similar power out of a modern engine vs something like an RB26. Something with roughly the same dimensions as a -7 on an S55 is making absolutely silly power numbers compared to an RB26. I know there's a ton of power loss from things like high tension rings, high viscosity oil, clutch fan, AWD standby loss, etc but it's something like 700 whp in an F80 M3 vs 400 whp in an R33 GTR. The stock TF035HL4W turbos in an F80 M3 are really rather dinky little things and that's enough to get 400 whp at 18 psi. This just seems unwise no? I thought the general approach is if you aren't knock limited the MFB50 should be held constant through the RPM range. So more timing with RPM, but less timing with more cylinder filling. A VE-based table should accordingly inverse the VE curve of the engine.
    • I've seen tunes from big name workshops with cars making in excess of 700kW and one thing that stood out to me, is that noone is bothering with torque management. Everyone is throwing in as much timing as the motor can take for a pull. Sure that yields pretty numbers on a dyno, but it's not keeping these motors together for more than a few squirts down the straight without blowing coolant or head gaskets. If tuners, paid a bit more attention and took timing out in the mid range, managed boost a bit better, you'll probably see less motors grenading. Not to name names, or anything like that, but I've seen a tune, from a pretty wild GT-R from a big name tuner and I was but perplexed on the amount of timing jammed into it. You would have expected a quite a bit less timing at peak torque versus near the limiter, but there was literally 3 degrees of difference. Sure you want to make as much as possible throughout the RPM range, but why? At the expense of blowing motors? Anyhow I think we've gone off topic enough once again lol.
    • Because that’s not what any of them are building these heads or blocks for. It’s to hold over over 1000hp at the wheels without breaking and none of that stuff is required to make power
