So your saying you built 2kg muscle / month for 12months?

If your happy with your results, congrats, I think I've built 15kg in the past 2-3 years if I'm lucky :)

But unless your on something illegal or your genetically special, that's not physically possible from what I can see, have a read of the truth about bulking

Although I'd still say your strength level is much much more important than kg/muscle. Who cares if you've got 30kg muscle, I'd rather be deadlifting 200kg (that's my goal for the year, not looking too good at the moment).

I'm not sure why I am being asked these questions.

looks like about 8-10 kgs but not 25kg.

what was your diet and training like?

did you use any aas?

Was 73kg am now 98kg. Training was pretty good i have always trained with a mate and both of them have been training for a minimum 4 years. Diet was pretty good at the start but i started slacking off towards the end and eating alot more shit such as chocolate and stuff so i put on a bit of fat there.

1 cycle

1 cycle tends to help... Your arms look kinda like mine and your delts are pretty similar aswell.. pm me if you care to share what cycle that is..

im now on 89kg just about 2 weeks into my bulking from 86kg.. Got another month to go, going to focus more on clean calorie increase to try get upto 95kg.. if i can. So far every muscle that had some good size on my body is denser and bigger, power is increased a fair bit and strength has inscreased aswell.

Hmmm couldn't edit above post...

Steroids don't make you big though, they just give you a boost. You can inject someone with no idea about diet and training with 10 litres of roids a day and they won't grow.

Bzzz....! Not sure if I agree wit that one. I have seen plenty of guys hit the gear and to watch them train is laughable indeed.. I kind of liken them to having NOS in your car, Its great and fast while its there, But as soon as that bottle is empty-your right back to square one again. I have seen guys literally spend well over a grand for a cycle..in that time they did put on some decent size, As soon as they ran out...Pffft back to being a creampuff again... Thats why I much prefer the natural way. Its long term, And even when I gave up training for a few years- I still carried an amount of size

So what you are telling me is that someone who was as skinny as i was started taking roids, only ate 3 times a day and did not know how to lift at all would get big? Come on.......

But yes, lots of people waste their money on cycles and then end up shrinking back to what they were in the first place because they don't take any PCT, stop training hard and eating as much once they come off.

Nice arms mehmet, how long you been training for?

Not calling you a liar, but that last pic looks nothing like a 98kg person, unless you're 7ft tall?

I'm only 5' 10" and why would i lie about how much i weigh? lol You can't see any chest or legs or anything in that pic so maybe that's why, who knows? I'm not gonna try and argue the fact of how much i weigh because it's just stupid. If it really bothers you that much i'll jump on the scales naked and take a picture of the scales for you :D

I don't see why you're getting so defensive...but ok...

All I said is it doesn't 'LOOK' like a 98 kg person

To be honest I am not a big fan of Physique photos, They rarely do reality justice. Eg a 5 ft tall 60 kg guy in training usually looks massive in a picture, However a 100 kg 6'4 guy in training generally looks smallish. However , stand the two guys side by side and then you can see the real picture. 6'4 guy towers over the little guy and is virtually twice his size.

I'm of the same opinion...I've only really ever taken photos of myself once, and I looked like shit (fair enough I'm carrying too much fat in the mid section) but the amount of people I get telling me I'm on the juice etc, I must look slightly better in the flesh than in the photos..

Where your belly button is and all the way around turning into love handles? I get that :D pretty much where i store most of my fat with a little bit of fat on my chest but not alot.

yeah sounds pretty much identical to me...Shoulders/arms/traps etc are fine, so if I'm in a singlet people think I'm in decent shape...but shirt off is a different story.

Pre season will start up again soon so that should help a bit, but I don't think I'll ever be lean lean

    • Ah damn. I might grab one myself because mine works most of the time lol
    • Yes, I mentioned it in my first that I did everything that is mentioned online (Redo dry solders, clean connector between PCB's, etc.) and unfortunately it didn't solve it.  It crapped out again earlier today, so I replaced it. I'll keep the old one around to repair it at some point.
    • I've looked at some oval stuff but still deciding what material to use for the back half to the muffler.   Yeah I do all my own stuff with ecu setup and have it sorted before generally paying someone (my old work) to do base runs and a few power runs then I'll do anything else myself at track or after review data. It's hard to find  a dyno owner these days that will hire out to random.
    • Injectors are told by the ECU to open for certain amounts of time. If the injector flows more fuel, but the ECU doesn't know this, and is told to open for the same amount of time as the stock, smaller injector, then the larger injector will flow too much fuel/more fuel than the engine/ecu is expecting. You absolutely need an ECU to control injectors. You don't need a tune for a fuel pump (because your fuel pressure should remain the same assuming the regulator works). You don't need a tune for an exhaust (the parameters for fuel and air going into the motor have not changed much) You don't need a tune for an Intercooler (the parameters for fuel and air going into the motor have not changed much, it's just the air is cooler) Yes, forum regulars, I know that you really should get a tune for an Exhaust, and Intercooler. These *will* affect the tune, but the stock tune does have some leniency to it with stock AFM and Injectors. Intercooler and Exhaust will fit within this wiggle room. So will running a boost tee to about 10psi, which is a very old way of increasing boost which is not worth doing in 2024. The ECU is vital. It runs the whole show. Most people change injectors and ECU at the same time for this reason. Some people load base maps on some ECU's that have ballpark figures for injector sizing. Sometimes injector manufacturers are really great and tell you what parameters to input into your ECU, which is something you can do with your new shiny ECU. For a beginner, this may enable you to drive to the tuner to have an expert do the rest. Otherwise, you're installing injectors and ECU at home, and paying for a tow to a dyno. Or, you take the car to a workshop (be happy to travel across Melb for the right shop) and someone who knows RB will be able to source/provide/install injectors and tune the car at the same time if they have a dyno or access to a dyno. The reason so many people DIY things here is because finding said workshop is hard, expensive, potentially getting things wrong with miscommunication/other.
    • @robbo_rb180 do you tune your cars yourself or do you send them to someone? If you do it yourself, do you hire a dyno, or tune it after logging it at the track? Meaning like touch ups when you tweak or modify something a bit
