Mitcho_7
I really shouldn't have stopped playing for no reason then.. Feel bad now Dont feel bad man. I was in ACTAS for soccer and just up and quit. Havent missed playing one bit, the only ting i missed was the team environment because i was good friends with a lot of the guys considering we spent 80% of everyday with each other... Thats awesome man. Haha this is gonna sound generally pig headed, but I had a pro trial in England. Didn't go after developing a foot injury and never going back Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/200767-gym-and-supplement-discussion/page/248/#findComment-6657400 Share on other sites
-FIGJAM-
why didnt you go after it if you didnt suffer a career ending foot injury? -FIGJAM-
fair enough. well I went to the supplement shop last night to get some creatine..... came home with GAT JetMass which ive had before, real good flavour, mixes easy and i notice no difference between it and any other creatine ive had. also picked up some tribulus which in the past I have noticed some strength increases on it, just want to try and get over a couple bumps and support the new diet. lastly i brough Ronnie Colemans Ressurect. This stuff is like Dorian Yates GH Blast but not as potent. All it is is a bunch of different ingredients to help sleep, release of growth hormone and grow in size. Mostly i think its a lot of marketing bs, but after reading some reviews of the side effects that people have had whilst on this stuff, i wanted to give it a go. Pleanty of claims on the packets about revolutionary new supplement technology and blah blah blah which i didnt buy into. As above, got it basically to try it and because Ive been struggling with sleep at the moment. Took half a scoop last night, within 2 minutes I felt it. My body relaxed, heavy eye lids almost felt stoned. When I let myself go to sleep, I slept like a log, which isnt uncommon for me. My gf said that the dog was barking outside our window and the cat was meowing to get let in neither of which I heard. I dont think this is definitive proof of anything because generally I am a heavy sleeper. Anyway I havent experienced any side effects, maybe a slight tinge to my head, but no complaints. When I woke up i definatley felt refreshed and was unable to go back to sleep once i woke up. That is something that has never happened before. The only thing is im still yawning and had heavy eye lids for about an hour after. Will let you know how the Ronnie stuff goes for those who are interested. -FIGJAM-
i have a healthy relationship with spending money.......... one good thing though, I was with my spotter and he was interested in getting some thermagetics, the guy talked him out of them. said they are a complete waste of time and the only time to think about getting on them was pre comp because in his opinion they only get rid of water weight. TM7GTR
I've never liked the idea of those supps that send you into a deep sleep. The one thing I don't wanna play with is something that's going to knock me out. What happens when it affects your heart mid-sleep, but you're too out-of-it for your body to notice the warning signs?? The only reason they can sell it is because it does improve GH release during your sleep... Well hurr durr sherlock, any time you get proper sleep your GH levels will peak. It's called no brain-stimulation before bed.... get a gf (or maybe you need a bf?) who will stimulate your cawk instead. What happens when you have to drive as soon as you wake up but your awareness level is that of Cheech and Chong?? SMH P.s. you will stress less and sleep better if you take TTT's advice and squat.. -FIGJAM-
Fixed Possibly correct. I've never liked the idea of those supps that send you into a deep sleep. What happens when it affects your heart mid-sleep, but you're too out-of-it for your body to notice the warning signs?? What happens when you have to drive as soon as you wake up but your awareness level is that of Cheech and Chong?? SMH P.s. you will stress less and sleep better if you take TTT's advice and squat.. Defibrillator will help if anything goes wrong with my heart whilst asleep as for cheech and chong, no issue this morning, felt fine not lethargic or anything. Also in regards to the Cheech comment, everyone knows you drive better stoned..... FigJam - have you watched the doc "bigger, faster, stronger"? No I haven't. As I mentioned from the get go, I got it just to try it to see what the fuss was about and if it really does affect me like it has some. I really wanted to Dorian Yates one as its meant to be stronger. The amount of negative feedback, would think I got on Alburtrex............... Trozzle
Friday night/Saturday carb loading complete. I've eaten just over half the chocolate+protein cake I baked last night, and ate heaps of cookies today at poker. Plus a shitload of rice with my dinner at the local Thai place last night. f**k I feel bloated. Have drunk SOOOOOOO much water today and haven't had the slightest need to take a piss. Water retention max lol Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/200767-gym-and-supplement-discussion/page/248/#findComment-6660003 Share on other sites
