just try have as much carbs as u can.. rice with every meal.. Im cutting and im still having carbs. But my body doesnt like getting rid of fat for some shit reason.

also dont think people that "juice" and look like monsters have it easy.. they eat twice as much, train twice as hard and haveto deal with side affects... but stay natural for as long as you can

its scary how many guys in my gym do it (and in general), and we all go to gym same day and amount of time. they dont work twice as hard as me, but they got FKN massive within few months. Trust me im stayin of dat crap, never gettin on it :P rather be healthy then shoot up 8 times a day n be "massive bro" lol.

just got back from gym now lol, did chest...ow.

this muppet that has come back to the gym, because summer has arrived, has clearly broken out the whack pack and gotten into the gear

he's all shoulders and no bum/legs... he couldnt possibly think that he looks balanced and healthy. If your going to get on it, you have to at least balance it out dude

it doesnt matter how big you are.. if you are fully balanced you will look like a human being.. just alot bigger and you will look normal in clothes.

Tryin to get my legs and bum bigger atm, measurements soon so see how much they have grown

Im thirty-six and it is hard to keep up with my girlfriend who is twenty-four. She loves to go to clubs and party all night. I do to, but I don't have the energy that she has and that I used to have. I tried a lot of products that claim to give you energy, but some were ineffective and others made me sick.Trip2night had a perfect blend. I got the energy boost I needed without an upset stomach. It is easy to take. Comes in a powdered form and mixes easily. Just follow the directions and you too will enjoy this product!

I'll take 13 boxes

cheers mate.. even more in shape now :P at 87kg still dieting down, but iv managed to fit in 2kg of lean muscle  getting measurements done and new fotos this sat coming up.

been doing it for around 9 - 10 weeks, my body doesnt like dropping weight, initially dropped 5kg, then put on 2 more lean kg, but its hard to go by weight when your still pushing big weight, so i just go by how tight the skin gets and how i look in the mirror. depending on how fast ur motabolism is, thats how much fat/weight u'd lose.

Not been here in a while either,

i go to the gym with one guy whos done it natural for 5 years, and his younger brother who had jumped on it to catch up.. 5 cycles later and the older can still push more and more, hell in some things i can even push more.. and i have only been going for just under a year..

I've sized myself up the other week. and have gained.

5+cm on my thighs, 2+cm on my calves, 1+cm on my chest, 1-2cm on my biceps, stomach hasnt really shrunk... need to get onto cardio still..

i've finally gotten up to doing 140kg withe the squats. (not smith machine on the free weight bar resting on back), i find legs the best day at the gym haha.

Using Ultimate nutrition iso mass protein, $130 for 5kg. and roughly 30-40grams of protein in 1 1/2 scoup's.. seems to be working well for me and my natural mate..

i started in Jan this year, and was around 82kg's now i sit on 87kg with

That's funny Angus...I'm also using Ultimate Nutrition ISO Mass. It's fantastic stuff, one of the best balanced mixes and very good value in my opinion. It's just got an ultra confusing label on it because it defines the serving size in about 3 different ways and doesn't tell you exactly how/when you should take it. Hence it wasn't really doing a great deal for me at first when I would just have one shake (1.5 scoops) at night time. Now I've changed that to 1.5 scoops 45 minutes before workout, and 1.5 scoops straight after workout. By making this change to how I was consuming it, in the past 2-3 months I've gone from about 82kg to about 87kg (combined with alot of Nandos chicken lol). I'd say about 80% of this gain has been muscle. My goal is about 95kg (I'm 23, 6'3" and want to stay fairly athletic/toned in body shape - massive body builder shape does not interest me nor do bulking and cutting cycles).

Now I'm boxing weight is dropping pretty quickly (well is going back up now, fat is dropping) it's funny how now with the same intensity my max heart rate is now a good solid 10bpm lower than when I first started. Definately feel the increase in cardio fitness :3some:

Gone from 38cm to 41cm bicep in 8 weeks and seeing muscles that I haven't seen in 8 years lol

i go to the gym with one guy whos done it natural for 5 years, and his younger brother who had jumped on it to catch up.. 5 cycles later and the older can still push more and more, hell in some things i can even push more.. and i have only been going for just under a year..

i can bet that your mate on gear doesnt eat the way he should be on gear, if he did eat the way he should have been and doing the gear right, he'd be untouchable by both of you guys.

thats the difference between "hey im doing i cycle koz i cbf" and "im doing a cycle to get me over the line"

^ exactly. I have a mate who has been training 3-4 years naturally and i lift the same as him slightly less in some muscles and slightly more in others. I have been training about 15 months and done 2 cycles so your mate probably has no idea what he is doing

alot of people who jump on gear these days have no clue how to do right. I'll be starting my first cycle after my holidays next year, roughly september-ish. Going back with my trainer aswell so will be seeing killer gains, perfect bulking diet and training plus perfect cutting diet. Should be interesting how i turn out in dec 2010/jan 2011 next yr

How much are we all lifting anyway?

No point arguing about the effectiveness of steroids, they're quite well known for getting you there faster and further than natural. Albeit there are some differences in the body shapes that they produce - I find that two bodies of roughly the same size, one natural and one roids, the natural always looks better IMO.
