I don't believe it's supposed to be allowed through, I think you're just lucky :P

I just finished off my DMAA caps the other day. Can't say I really noticed much of a benefit I can specifically attribute to the DMAA, so yeah who knows. It's just supposed to help you focus (hence why Uni/college students hammer it for their studies), so I suppose if you aren't struggling mentally with something you won't really notice much of a difference. Towards the end of the bottle, I was taking 75mg (3 caps) - supps that used to contain it like 1MR etc only had 25mg/serving, so if there was a specific effect from the stuff I'd like to think I'd be noticing it at 3 times that dosage.

I can absolutely 100% say for certain though that I got significantly more benefit from eating myself stupid the night before and up until 3+ hours prior to training (since I do poorly when I have anything in my stomach). As Birds etc always insist (and nobody disagrees) food and sleep are a much better solution than stims. Unfortunately gorging yourself on tasty shite isn't really much of an option during calorie deficit periods (as I'm on now for the next 4 weeks), so in these situations I definitely understand repeated use - even if only for appetite suppression haha

I find it hard to get enough sleep in the week, but I have the OEP to help the weight loss process - since starting it I have actually noticed a real drop from where I'd been plateauing for a while - I'm all for calling out broscience and bullshit supps, but this stuff really seems to work for me. Don't know if it's just the DMAA or the combination of that and Yohimbe.

Haven't really changed diet (cbf trying to work out macros) apart from only eating broccoli and grilled chicken for lunch during the week and making more of an effort to stay consistent on weekends.

Yohimbe is supposed to be an awesome thermogenic isn't it? It was in Albuterex, part of the reason it was banned so quickly LOL

Yeah it's still in the US versions of most of these fat burners - it makes me feel a tad warmer, but nothing drastic thankfully. Who knows, maybe it's all just an awesome placebo effect! I know of a few other former fatasses who have used OEP to good effect as well.

haven't lifted for 3 days, feel like a fat fark! Also dont know how people do training before work!

Training before work can be hard. If I do a bunch ride before work and spend the rest of the day walking around with fried legs. I kind of wish I had a desk job on those days, and not a job where I'm on my feet all day.

If I just do a ride by myself it isn't as bad though, since I take it easier, and don't have to keep up with the group (the main bunch ride I do finishes with a 30 to 35 minute hit out where my heart rate sits between 95 and 100% the whole time. That starts after about an hour of riding).

I'm assuming some grazing and a bit of blood on the shines is normal when learning DL?

At this point even at this light weight I have to say DL is the most complete exercise I do.

I think I'm starting to like it

No rules, you'll get better and better at it. Just make sure that the supinated arm is nice and square with your other arm, cause it is possible to pull the bicep.

Bar will clear my Neck TTT, just..

What's everyone doing Rows wise here, how far are you bending, for me 45deg seems comfy enough but I see plenty around about how it shoudl be 80-90deg instead.

I guess it depends on what's being targeted?

For me I do the row as it's supposed to be good for your shoulders and back, anything more specific than that I couldn't tell you.

Thoughts on this?

They are rowing from the floor each rep, I have not been doing this.

    • Thanks for your insight, it being basically useless will impact my decision for sure. I thought it may help the engine breath better I guess. But then again, I have also been told that tuning an RB20DE is also not worth it. Exactly, we follow EU Regulations. There is a bit more leeway on older vehicles. My Porsche 924 came without a cat from factory and managed to pass, they still mentioned that I have quite high emissions on it though.
    • My apologies, I stand corrected. Thanks for registering to mention this! And thank you for actually reaching out to the council to clarify. This is the sensible thing to do and the opposite of what I was alluding you were doing. I may have seen too much outrage and hate being fueled on the internet and it has made me a somewhat cynical old man. Sometimes it is easy to forget that there are real people behind websites and accounts. In my defence, CarExpert and CarExplore do read quite similarly at a glance. I shall try and do better in the future. (Please stick around to get the latest scoops on dealing with old Nissan shitboxes )
    • Don't bother. The poor little RB20 doesn't make enough gas flow to challenge the flow capabilities of even the littlest cat, and you won't make any extra power, and all you'll do it soot up your rear bumper. Plus....is Malta not runing under Euro regs?
    • Hey Daniel, sorry to hear that and thanks for posting up for us at a really hard time I only knew SmoothLine through the forums, we never met as we are based in different states, but when he was most active on here he was quite a while back so not many of the current crowd might remember him. I am pretty sure he was active in the Queensland SQU club but that is defunct now too (times are changing and we are all getting older). Farewell SmoothLine!
    • Turns out depending on whether the car was equipped with TCS or not there are different signals coming to the dash, meaning there are different speedo clusters.  Wired in a speedo calibrator box from aliexpress and now works fine.
