I'm 80kg at the moment but, as someone on here so often says...strength in the gym, size in the kitchen. I've been 90kg before; I know how to get fat and how to cut.

You've got 9+ years of experience doing so as well, most people need a guide or a manual to start with, once doing something for a while they no longer need the guide.

Exactly this as well. Even though I've done it without beforehand, in hindsight I was really not eating enough haha. Lucky I didn't drop a shiteload of muscle.

You can also blame Tolga for my calorie counting regime, since I'm really making sure I get enough of everything - particularly fat.
