Sure thing buddy, click on my username to the left (or check out my profile) for a very old flexed pic of my arm and find below an oldish relaxed pic, i don't really take pics of myself often, at the moment they'd be slightly bigger with a little more definition. Arms vary from 16.75"-17.5" flexed cold depending on whether I'm cutting or bulking. Although I don't think guns are the best way to measure a look lol. Again, fair few boys on the forums know me personally lol.

lol I am 100% Paki hahaha, people never believe it when I tell them. I get The land of goat sphincter rings, Arab, Persian etc a lot though.

That's the funny thing, I haven't even posted my full program and people are already challenging me to biggest dick competitions. I can see how I might have come across as all pro-isolation and I apologise for that, I was merely defending the use of such techniques by personal trainers because I believe there's more reasoning to it than just ignorance on every personal trainer's behalf. I agree, an all isolation workout is nowhere near as effective for core and overall strength compared to compound workouts, but it can certainly do wonders in the looks department and that's what 95% (bullshit statistic) of the clientele at commercial gyms are there for.

That's a pointless exercise (pun) and my answer is no. I'm not even going to attempt it for the following reasons / excuses / whatever you want to call them:

-The 50,000 variables involved. Genetic disposition, balance of weight in the body, diet, mental disorders. Even if we were identical twins this would be a flawed test.

-I haven't seen you do them; how you do them; how fast/slow; positioning of arms.

-Even if I see a video I have no proof it's actually you.

-Even if you prove it's really you I have no proof that the extent of your exercise is only 1 minute of lifting per month.

-This is a forum discussion/argument, I don't like to let the internet infiltrate any part of my real life. Once the computer goes off that's the end of it.

-Pushups are not part of my exercise routine, I have no proof they're not a part of yours.

-I know people who exercise but have never lifted a weight in their lives and can clipse your pushups count because they train in body resistance.

-I could lie and say I beat you by x amount.

-My only competition when it comes to exercise is myself and I like to keep it that way.

You know what rev, you're absolutely right...your methods are ultimate. Why are these olympic athletes wasting their time spending hours in the gym when all they need is 1 minute a month? That's only 48 minutes worth of training between each olympics. They don't know what they're missing out on with the pleasures of arthritis and tendonitis at age 50 either. I wasn't the only one who called bullshit on your methods and weights in this thread either - there's a good reason for that.

geez mate. take a chill pill , I was having some fun with the push up challenge I wasn't questioning your manhood, it's not some kind of trap.

If your only competition is yourself that's great. It's how it should be.But, you did imply you had more weight training stamina than me hence the light hearted jibe.

Now if you want to call me a liar I assume you saying not only my training but, the weights I claimed I lift/ed are a falsehood?

In response, I'm not on here to try an trick internet people into thinking I'm a hero. Just trying to help forum members out as I have since this place first started. I will humbly submit to whatever evidence is required if it's important enough for the forum to provide better assistance and in the process help some skyline buddies out. There are WA members I may be able to catch up with for a training session at some stage in the future for example. I think this will be more along the lines of 'community' than 'I told you so' when they are able to talk about what I lift.

As longer standing forum members can tell you I am someone who will also admit when they are wrong (eventually) and I'm not in the habit of telling porkies. :)

If you are prepared to have a go at peoples ideas or more importantly at them and thier integrity then you must also be prepared for the similar response they will give you. I'm not going to go down that path :)

Birds list of reasons sounds like an R33 owners list of reasons why they lost a race or won't race.

- I have a misfire and the coils I taped are still getting too hot.

- my side mount intercooler is only good for the first 7 minutes of driving so I can't race now.

- clutch is slipping.

- boost gauge was not set on the correct background colour.

- monster tacho was not mounted at the correct angle.

- I have to warm my car up for the first 3 hours of driving before I can give it a squirt.

I usually do 6-8 reps of a decent weight for 3-5 sets for normal training purposes.

When I test my strength I go max, or near max, 1-2 reps, best feeling ever.

I do 8-10+ for the more speed work/lighter weight.

I lose too much skin on my hands doing high reps on heavy weights so I vary between 1 and 4 on the heavier weights, and I sometimes have to put the bar down in-between the lifts.

Only time I really go high-reps is when I'm cutting and don't want to go too heavy and injure myself on a calorie deficit.

It is part of my cardio, along with stiff legged deadlifts and 20 rep squats (yes i use weights for cardio lol).

Farmer's walk is also good.

Pushing cars is also good.

Mmmm cardio.

I didn't imply I had more weight training stamina than you and if it came across that way apologies are in order for it wasn't my intention. I said that my workout would be more beneficial for one's stamina than yours...no me and no you involved...just my workout, your workout, and their effects on the same person. It'd be stupid for me to claim to have better stamina than someone I don't know.

Skip the evidence/proof etc. I'll trust you on it...you've probably earned it from me by now, but you gotta expect that just like the folks at the gym who were questioning you...someone on the internet is gonna give it to you all the same and like I said I wasn't the only one.

Maybe get some $20-25 gloves from Rebel Sport man...great investment for heavy training. I used to use bare hands but the calluses were getting a bit big/thick for my liking (and hers). I still get them but they are much smaller and mostly around the tips of the middle phalanges. Good part is your skin doesn't totally turn soft using them...I've forgotten my gym gloves before and gone bare hands with the same weights and all...didn't hurt the skin at all cause I still had some sort of thick skin there.

i know him personally and i can say that he is definitely 100% paki. (also he use to be stick thin in High school lol)

whats a farmer's walk ali?

yer im very skeptical bout this kind of stuff...

but the reviews ive read are really convincing while others ppl say its not that great.

just wondering if anyone has had it/taken it? and what they rekon?

I use the Muscletech Nitrotech hardcore to get some size, and Ive also tried the muscle tech cell tech hardcore for the creatine and energy. Definately more energy and can go harder in workouts. Awesome stuff. Muscletech brand is pretty expensive though. But I get mine from www.proteinking.com.au they are really cheap and always fast delivery.

Should use lifting straps for heavier weights its easy on your hands. My routine for dead lifts is 6 sets start light with one plate and each set increasing antoher plate and eventually geting to max where 1 or 2 reps.

i can bet that your mate on gear doesnt eat the way he should be on gear, if he did eat the way he should have been and doing the gear right, he'd be untouchable by both of you guys.

thats the difference between "hey im doing i cycle koz i cbf" and "im doing a cycle to get me over the line"

Yeah, you've got it in one haha. he is lazy and i guess he wouldnt be eating properly.. but he does go to the gym almost every day.. not that that really says much..

i'm trying to cut some weight now and doing some cardio. only 15-20 minutes on a bike at the gym however 3 times a week, my ankles hate running.

after xmas my upperbody strength is kinda still there (will find out today for sure) was doing 27.5kg dumbbells flat bench 3x8 reps

squats i have lost it however. was 60kg each side + 20kg bar

cant wait to try loose the kg's tho i think its mainly just diet i need to change the exercise part should be ok! 2 more weeks of it then a month of snowboarding in Alaska.. which i think i will gain weight with drinking

going to try novadex when i get back from Alaska too.

no..

he should use Chalk.

not straps.

Straps will not help his grip strength.

if you don't get stronger as you get bigger, and you introduce weakensses by using straps, you will end up injured or gay with aids.

so in summary - straps = Gaidz!

i know him personally and i can say that he is definitely 100% paki. (also he use to be stick thin in High school lol)

whats a farmer's walk ali?

Grab heavy heavy weights--------> walk.

 It'll finish you.

And come on man i wasn't STICK thin.......ok yeah maybe you are right lol.

    • Hey guys. I have a 400R on its way to Australia from Japan currently and have a few questions I’m hoping others may be able to help with.   Wondering if anyone here has had any luck getting the Sat nav unit to work in Australia!? Assuming the Stereo is as simple as a band expanded and tv won’t work?  Seeing as they’re based off a Q50 which is Aus delivered is there any way to link that system to the nav? Nav modules and head unit are different part numbers and appear slightly different at the rear with plug ins etc. can I put my xtrail sd card into the rv37 and will that convert the maps or update to Australian? Has anyone got any advice here?     also has anyone fitted the factory remote start and Security system once it’s landed in Australia? I put an enquirey to Nissan Japan in via a third party, and they suggested it needs a Nissan Japan dealers device to setup and couldn’t guarantee if one here could do it or not. They can supply and I can physically fit it but to setup I would need a dealers device. Any information here would be appreciated also. I’ve seen one here with it fitted already prior to leaving Japan at a dealer/inporter, so clearly passes compliance and works when fitted Japan and doesn’t need changing here.      also, does the tyre inflation sensors work here? Does anything change with them when the vehicle arrives? Where are they actually situated? I’ve read they have batteries and they need to changing at times and seems like resetting involves the nav system?    any help here would be appreciated and any other aust specific information to help would be great. Looking forward to see what the current generation skyline is like and eager to see how many of the gadgets can be utilised here.  Thanks in advance
    • Do need to take it with a pinch of salt. One of the adapter failures, they clearly had setup issues with the flywheel.  One of the slipping ones I spoke to and it was pretty clear the throwout was riding, rather than fix, just swapped to a new clutch.    These clutches are being put in anything from 5k offroad 4x4 beaters, GR yaris, 500hp commodores to 1200hp barra monsters. Bound to be some issues in some of them when they are not a simple bolt in affair due to the changes in height.    There is a lot going on in this picture and unless I did the job myself no way to tell what really happened.
    • I did this mod in 2019  You just have to modify the top bracket of the ABS/TC/Fuel Pump Control ECU so it sits more upright and closer to the back seat and run a good quality positive battery lead from the engine bay, the negative lead i just bolted down to the body in the boot.
    • Damn... Not the feedback I want to hear.
    • Twas your car many moons ago that gave me the idea!
