Yeah I do workout at home, and I don't smell that bad, it's more that over time the shirts build up a bit of odor.

Singlets are the go for summer.

Plus I'm thinking of this doubling as my running shirt and in the warmer weather I wear a shirt to protect me from sunburn (milky bar kid).

My 2XU tights give me the confidence to do all the things I want to do, like horseriding and vacuuming and preparing sandwiches, without those embarrassing interruptions from mother nature.

Hmm, do you wear them in the gym or running (or both).

I'm in two minds about wanting to help support my ankle while I run, squat and DL, and not wanting to offer it too much assistance.

The physio said I may need to come to terms with the fact that it will never be 100% and I'll always be making some form of compensation for it and that using things like socks or self massage etc may need to become part of my "routine" to manage it.

I don't run. I generally wear them on leg days.

Self massage/massage should be apart of everyone's routine IMO.

Markos two questions.

1) Can you show me what you consider good bent row form.

2) Given the rom issues i'm having with my ankle and how it affects my squat mechanics, do you see issue with me using a 10mm or so board under my heels?

Okay, I'm rowing now, see how I stay down and pull the bar to my belly not my chest, perfect form, I have 140kg on the bar and I'm knocking out 8's

I recommend the heel, but proper footwear (heeled lifting shoe) is much better, around $120

went to the premiere of Pain and Gain at the local cinema last night, nearly the entire audience was the swole guys from the gym who also lift 5 days a week + the "natty" bodybuilding crew from the other gym. Good movie, was surprised to see compound movements featured a lot, 10/10 lols

I loved pain and gain thought it was an awesome movie

it came out in the US months ago - I chose to wait for it at the cinema here rather than watch a crappy cam version.

weighed myself again, still at the same point as the last 3 weeks or so, given recent diet and training changes I'll check again in a few more weeks!

    • I haven't....but a poorly made one would terrify me. Surely a good second hand one is the go, as they don't work hard and no-one wants to keep one after they are finished with it A big consideration would be the weight of the shell you are putting on it....is it a fully dressed chassis or just the body
    • Not stock. All remade. Mostly looks stock because the pipes run to and from the standard holes in the inner guard to get to the return flow FMIC. I'm not sure which question you're trying to ask, because it seems like "stock position" vs "stock position".
    • Hey, it's a GT-R, it's just as significant a moment as mine😁 It's not ideal when things are uncertain; I'm the type of person that always has a set plan for things in life so being unsure of this plan puts me in a weird place mentally.
    • Hows your intake piping? Are you still running stock? Having in the stock AFM position would mean, if the BOV was shut/venting out, it'd create the almost stalling kind of effect right // "the rich pulse behaviour" due to MAF thinking air is flowing ? But this would be better than having the bov in the stock position + MAF on/just before cross over piping right?
    • Essentially, yes. Although I wouldn't put the AFM on the crossover pipe. I'd want to put it into what amounts to the correct size tube, which is more easily done in the intercooler pipework. I bought a mount tube for card style AFM that replaces the stock AFM - although being a cheap AliExpress knockoff, it had no flange and I had to make and weld my own. But it is the same length and diameter as the stock RB AFM, goes on my airbox, etc etc. I don't have a sick enough rig to warrant anything different, and the swap will take 5 minutes (when I finally get around to it and the injectors & the dyno tune).
