lol a little dramatic yes, just saying, life ain't so bad when my biggest problem is a twinging hammy :)

Plus it's Friday and I think my new game (I NEVER buy games so this is a big deal for me) and the last bits I need for my cage are going to arrive today.

I live in Eltham. More info please :)

The gym will opened by a guy who has competed in powerlifting and strongman, in fact he is competing at my meet on Sunday. He has found the building he wants, he hopes to be in there in 8 weeks. Like all PTC Gyms, it wont have mirrors, bikes or treadmills, it will be a serious gym. I'll post up more as I have more info.

But no seriously. It was actually quite bad. To the point where it was hard (because arm was semi-limp) to pick things up with my left hand. Seems ok now. Must've been the lunchtime squat session followed by more squats after work that fixed it up.

Squats.

Dayum if I saw that chick in the gym dressed like that I duno if I'd get any work done.

Spotted: Birds in the squat rack getting his swole on

nohomo.

Got some samples of German American Technologies (GAT) Nitraflex, its a preworkout and F me I have never had a preworkout that made me focus so much on my lifts. Felt awake, focused and sort of driven. I have a few more samples that I'll give a go and see if the effect continues.

Also, gym got a dedicated deadlift matt with some bumper weights and apparently a special bar for it (dont see the difference). Haven't seen many people actually use it, but I have done at least one set of deads every session because of it. The bumper weights are so much better then normal plates that the gym has.
