My wrists disagree with straight bar curls :(

Was just about to say this. It doesn't hurt when I do them but as soon as I rack the barbell and begin to release tension off my hands from the bar it hurts pretty bad...

PPP is good, will continue doing it for many cycles.

I dunno about huge quads, they've certainly filled out my jeans now, but the main problem is severe lack of flexibility when wearing them lol

Can barely tie my shoes!

This is actually a really annoying side affect of lifting.

I cycle a lot as well as doing PPP + other lifting and when I get a few months of consistent training you really feel it in the fit of your tighter garments.

Combined with the trend in skinny jeans and shorts which is in full swing. Forget trying to fit your wallet, phone and keys in your side pockets. I swear my jeans, shorts, or suit pants have almost blown out trying to tie shoes.

Won't be fat if you're eating more.

Water weight.

Have you stopped taking any supps?

I've stopped consuming all of my supps for just over a month now, so probably the lack of creatine has helped to get rid of water retention.

    • I’ve been considering one of these screens too, but I've heard mixed reviews about the software responsiveness. Some say it's great, while others mention lag issues. Before pulling the trigger, I'd check out a few recent user experiences to see if the latest models have improved.
    • Kaizo Industries put a VIN plate over where the Nissan plate would go. It was part of how they broke the law and attracted feds going after them.
    • Reasonably hard, although I haven't run it with the new Endless setup yet. The old brakes were F50's on 335mm rotors and the car did a 1:40.6 at Phillip Island which is a reasonable time, I'm seeing high 600s on the temperature paint. A guy I know ran the Endless fluid at WTAC without issues and he was doing 1:33's I think (Evo) with a 355/332 setup. I don't get out to the track as much as I'd like but we put the car on the hoist and spanner check every bolt and re-paint mark everything, bleed the brakes, change the fuel, check the coolant system and re-bleed blah blah blah before every event. Motorsport is expensive, RB's are expensive so a couple of hours before an event is time well spent. It's also a net time saving because if you can keep your RB from self destructing it saves you time in the long term!
    • Welcome Alice......hope you have a bit more luck from here on! What was done in the build?
    • Hello! I'm new here, I have an R33 GTST that is currently being finished up! Last year was pretty rough, blew two stock turbos so I decided to build the car. Has been down since November, but I get it back next weekend!
