Happy to cruise afterwards - when I first posted this I was hoping we could get in on a weekend (cruise first then meet up to donate blood - but Saturdays are nearly impossible to get into with more than 3 people)

I'll be getting there around 5/5:30pm. It is at Pelican Plaza - where the Hungry Jacks is corner of North East Rd and Golden Grove Rd.

my mum reckons not a place to bring my daughter i said dont be silly ??

Safe and child friendly - I have taken my 2 kids (7 and 9yrs) but they are not allowed in for the blood sample and when you answer some of your questions such as have you injected in the last X months etc (5-10 min max), but they can be with you whin you donate blood. I'm happy to keep an eye on them whilst you are in answeering the questions.

Thanks to all those who turned up, (David, Shaun, Steve, Andrew) good to catch up. Free food and drink - then HJ's afterwards.

We have booked in again for a Saturday the 9th of September at 10:30am - thinking of heading out for lunch afterwards.

If you didnt turn up tonight mark it in your diary, we booked extra spots for the Saturday.
