classic ... lots of info on the possible ways to tell for certain. only totlay fool proof way is to swap em for aknown good set and see if the misfires go or decrease....

some of the solutions and diagnostic tests our uk members have used are

test for resistance across coil when cold and when hot...should be the same if it increase when hot its fooked

soak in wd40 (an insulator) refit and rive..if symtpoms temporarly disapear then come back once wd40 has evaporated with heat then its coils.

check your spark plugs first....and your af mm..ive put a resoldering guide on here....it worked atreat for me....
