Hey guys,

I recently found one of my rear shocks is leaking like mad and have bought a pair of teins to replace them and am wanting to do this myself. Just wondering if anyone can tell me how to get to teh tops of the struts to undo the nuts? It seems i have to remove the parcel shelf to get at it? Easy or not so easy feat?

Any help will be appreciated :P

Cheers

hey mate, yeah just pull your back seat out, unplug speakers and rip out parcel shelf. you will see rubber covers on top of standard tops, pull em off and you will see everything you need to get em out (2 nuts).

dont do it on a hot day in the sun like i did though, turn yourself into a sweat machine!

hope that helps dude.

thanks for the replys lads.

yeah thats wat i was thinking that i'll have to remove the parcel shelf, i took the wheels off and the bottom nut seems fairly easy.

so i guess i'll have a crack at the parcel shelf, the bad thing is the weather here has been real muggy lately, but nonetheless i havent driven the girl in over a week so muggyness or not, that suspension is going in!

Thanks again for the confirmation i needed.

:P
