Hi guys,

How many RKW can a stock r33 GTS-T fuel pump handle?

I currently have installed on the the car:

GReddy FMIC

Splitfire coilpacks

Cold air intake system with pod filter

Straight though 3.5" exhaust

boost controller running 10 PSI

I purchased a power FC recently and I will be installing it and sending my car for tunning soon, but I was wondering, should I be looking at upgrading my fuel pump at this stage?

I am assuming from what I've read that I should be getting around 190 RKW (I will be winding boost up to 12 PSI), can the standard fuel pump handle this much?

Can the standard fuel pump handle these mods with boost wound up to 12 PSI?

CHeers guys

not sure exactly, but why spend all those $$$ and hoping for that much power without spending the extra $300 for a fuel pump ???

also when you choose to go further its already done, gtr pumps and some of the aftermaret ones aren't too expensive and can be DIY

do it for peace of mind

i made 190rwkw on 10psi in my old 33. i had similar mods only i had a safc2 instead of pfc. i had 3" zorst, hybrid fmic, r32 actuator (10psi), and safc. made 190.8rwkw on created motorsport dyno.

change ur pump and ull find the car wont lean out on top end and you should see 195-200rwkw on the stock turbo and 10-12psi of boost.

IMO i would leave the boost at 10psi and tune. see how it goes. dont wind it up to 12 as a standard turbo wont like that for too long and will eventually shit itself. if u plan on a bigger turbo soon then go on 12 and see how long it lasts.
