Nfs:carbon On A Mac

got NFS: Carbon on my macbook pro

2.33ghz dual core, 256mb graphics, 2mb ram game runs fine but i got no autosculpt

i cant see the regions, but i can still modify, but cant see the result of what ive done

running on medium settings on 1024*768

anybody got any suggestions??

(oh, running latest version too 1.4)

Whoa dude, that is a bit wierd....

Any pics of the game whilst your using autosculpt???

So what your saying is you can't see the physical adjustments in real time, it is a 'before' and 'after' affair??

well - you know how the light blue lines should appear around all the changeable regions??

well with me it doesnt - but it lets me modify the regions - without actually seeing the result of what ive done

i did a random bonnet autosculpt on a camaro - and some times in photo mode and in races you can see that i ended up with a f**k-off big supercharger pocking out the bonnet with big sides on it.....

asked ea support too - they're getting back to me

I'm not sure how macs work, but maybe you might need a software update for you computer, something graphics related obviously....

I guess just wait and see what they say to you...

10.5.2 and a graphics update were released recently... did it help?

hmmmm

havent tried to tell you the truth

i have updated, and have updated quicktime which i believe has something to do with teh graphics drawing (thanks to the semi-port style of the game)

cept i can change the quality a bit higher

also tried to play in windowed mode and nothing

might just copy my save files, trash the game and re-install it
