Im just wondering whether my gizmo is playing up or not?

It has the 4 boost settings, right now i have it on setting one at 12.1 psi..

Now when i got it put in, you know where they put the T piece or Y shaped piece in to link with the boost lines in the engine bay..

Well they kept one of the stock boost lines on and it split at the T piece, causing it to leak...

When i fixed it all up my boost pressure on the gizmo in setting one changed to 14.2 psi..

Is it ment to do that

I have one and what happens is that on a cold day when you really load teh car up, the boost will increase, since now the gizzmo sees high boost pressure at that same setting, it remembers that boos level. It's a pain in the ass. If you get it set up properly on a dyno, it will fix this issue, as on a dyno you can cnonstantly load the car up thesame, producing consistant boost levels.

If you are referring to the boost line that runs to the back of the gizzmo, if there were a leak it would read less boost because it would be unable to hold the pressure fully hence by fixing the leak would read higher (that line is purely for the digital boost gauge)

The gizzmo will read the highest stable boost reading at that duty cycle, so on a nice cold night you could expect that reading to increase again
