so i have another option to buy a different brand, back to square 1

Andy, try the MA-Z1's. They rated VERY well in the Wheels Tyre Test and would be very competitive price.

been ringing around today and everyone seems to be recommending the MA-Z1. Looks like thats the one I'll be getting. If anyone is interested I also have some 255/45/18 SO-2 for sale with 90% + tread left, asking $1100 for all 4.

hey Lee, Maz1 sounds good, but unfortunately, 265/35/18's arent available in Australia (although they are listed on the US website), pity

so i ordered a set of Toyo Proxes T1R instead... a bit extra $, but these are also well recommended

I've got the T1-R's on my SP23. I've been happy with them so far, grip is very good wet and dry. My only complaint has been high levels of road noise on a rough surface... but in a GTR I doubt you would hear it over the sweet '26 note anyway

as allready spoken to Andy i can get the 265x35x18 MA-Z1 Maxxis there very dear but doable

also Ryan can get the ones your after too 235x45x18 MA-Z1 Maxxis

I've got a set of these as well, 235/45 F and 255/40 R. Great value, good traction and way quieter than previous tyres. I don't like the off-center feel of the fronts though... well compared to my previous tyres anyway.
